The Way She Goes

When you give a girl everything, when you give them your feelings or your actual thoughts, they don't know how to react. They get scared. They get caught up in the future and worry, they fear. Sometimes I wish I didn't say the things I said but in the end, it's who I am and I care about this girl. Maybe one day it will work out but maybe it won't. I shouldn't have kept giving and giving and giving. I should kept things slow instead of getting to close and get burned. It is what it is. Can't force her into a relationship she doesn't want and quite honestly, I hope she finds what she wants. She's a good person and a great friend. And it wouldn't have lasted long anyway with college on the way. Can't wait for college.
